Founded by notable women’s heart health doctor, Suzanne Steinbaum, Adesso is building a learning experience for women who are pursuing healthier lives and hearts. Together we’ve designed a new app to help learn about the multitude of topics that affect heart health while helping users tracking their progress toward their goals. Creature facilitated the design of the content arc, developed a product strategy for this new experience, and contributed to the product development process.

Writable helps schools organize their writing programs around research-backed instruction and feedback – for every teacher and student. Writable and Creature designed the strategy for a new academy platform for their teachers. Our mission is to boost customer success and teacher effectiveness through providing highly impactful learning experiences to teachers equipped with Writable.

The American Canoe Association is the premiere paddlesports association and certifying body in North America at 15,000 paddlers and instructors strong. Looking to strengthen their learning strategy and curriculum philosophy, they reached out to us to facilitate a transformation of their learning culture for their large organization. We helped to align a broad array of discipline committees around consistent approaches and standards. We also helped to make their learning paths and resources more user-friendly to their members. Creature Learning is proud of the work we’ve done and continue to do to help the ACA further its movement to make paddling more accessible and inviting to a broad array of paddlers and instructors.

Airbnb has worked with Creature on a number of corporate strategic learning initiatives focused on boosting the host and guest experience. We helped the Experiences team build out the strategy for their learning plaform. We designed a strategic plan for learning and growth for experience hosts. We developed resources like a 101 crash course, webinars, and knowledge center content for their hosts. On another collaboration we worked with the Host Mobilization team to build learning resources for home hosts focused on environmental sustainability tips, good neighboring practices, and being an advocate for one’s city. We also helped develop a safety course for hosts to strengthen safety and security practices for their guests.

The Early Learning Lab at Start Early was seeking a partner to help them design a blended learning, cohort based learning experience for grass roots early childhood non profits and the families they serve. Together with Start Early we produced a 4 month, 12 module cohort program and have adapted it to shorter form context. We focused on using Family Centered Design practices with an emphasis on a trauma-informed, equity and social justice driven approach to the needs of their communities. Creature contributed learning design strategy, podcast production, design strategy, illustration production, Evolve authoring, LMS production, and facilitation in the blended learning sessions.

Experience Institute is an ongoing Creature partner and close collaborator. Originally we supported EI in building out their digital course offering for their Exp.Lab program. We helped implement EI’s company rebrand, building out a suite of learning materials across Circle.so, Google Slides, and Mailchimp. We contribute to learning design strategy, LMS production, learning asset production, custom illustrations, and design production.
